The PDP National Reconciliation Committee led by Distinguished Sen. Dr. Bukola Saraki, in its resolve to reciprocate youth readiness, opening up opportunity for massive youth involvement in politics and governance in the country, have described Danlemu as a young, consistent, steadfast, and loyal member of the People’s Democratic Party PDP hence, his appointment as the Interim Zonal Vice President/Coordinator North East.”
The appointment was contained in a letter by the PDP National Youth Movement dated February 13, 2021.
The letter further expressed satisfaction and confidence in Comr. Johan Danladi Danlemu Jimeta’s high level of commitment, dedication and steadfastness in nation building through various platforms, which includes Civil Society Organization engagement, youth and student activism. Underscoring his vast experience in Youth leadership and motivation. We are confident you will make positive impact in your new office as Interim Zonal Vice President/Coordinator North East.
The task ahead of Comr. Jonah is to build a network of young citizens (eligible voters) reactivate political will and concentize Nigerian youth on the choice of PDP as the best and only political platform with high respect and premium value on youth political leadership advancement and inclusion in governance.
Danlemu is also tasked with the responsibility to actualize 6million youths votes for PDP come 2023 through a project tagged PROJECT 6 MILLION (Youth Voters Bank)
Responding to his appointment, Comr. Danladi Jonah who is popularly known as Danlemu Jimeta expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation stating that;
“This is the biggest Birthday gift and challenge I received yesterday; I was appointed to serve as the Zonal Vice President North East of the PDP National Youth Movement.
I accept this responsibility in good fate; I promise to contribute my quota to the development of Youths and to continue Advocating for Youths Inclusion in Leadership, Governance and Political processes.
PDP is where I belong since 2008 as a card-carrying member.
