Hon. Dr. Stephen Maduwa set to launch out Cash Empowerment Programme tagged #CashMaduwa.
In his own words “the empowerment is targeted at empowering 50 beneficiaries across Adamawa Northern Senatorial District that will bag the cash prize of 50,000.00 each to their names.”
